Shipping policy

I offer two shipping options within South Africa:

• Locker-to-locker via The Courier Guy.
• Door-to-door delivery via Aramex
  

For international orders, shipping is arranged on the customer’s own account. You’re welcome to request a provider you trust, and I’ll do my best to accommodate and arrange it. If that’s not possible, I’ll chat with you about the available alternatives on my side.

Shipping Schedule ✨

Orders are shipped once a week, and it can take up to 7 days for your order to be prepared and handed over to the courier.

Please note: Once your parcel has been handed over, any delays during transit are unfortunately outside of my control.

Changing Your Delivery Address 📦

For door-to-door: Please make sure your delivery address is correct and suitable for door-to-door delivery if you have chosen this option.

For locker-to-locker: Please make a note in your order for which Courier Guy locker you want the parcel sent to.

• Ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.
• Creative Thingies cannot be held responsible for failed delivery attempts or parcels accepted by someone else on your behalf.
• Please double-check your delivery details when placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes cannot be made.
• If an incorrect address is provided, any additional courier costs will be at your account.
• If you contact me immediately after placing your order, I may be able to update your address. But only if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
